Pro-Rap™ is composed of specially formulated high performance silicone rubber to provide self–bonding, self–curing properties for void–free insulation within 24 hours at room temperature. Its high thermal conductivity allows rapid heat dissipation, resulting in lower temperature rise. Performs in temperature ranges from –65º to 500ºF (– 50º to 260ºC) for intermittent use or –56º to 356ºF (–40º to 200ºC) for continuous applications.

Pro-Rap™ Self-Fusing Silicone Tape is currently available in two standard sizes: 1” width x 20 mil x 12 feet and 2” width x 30mil x 36 feet.

All tapes are protected by a polyester or polyethylene interleaved liner to prevent contamination and blocking.
